Tasting note
View: Straw yellow with golden reflections and small bubble. In nose surprises its aromatic intensity with memories of tropical fruit (ripe pineapple), pastries, caramelization, nuts and subtle memory of fine lees. In the mouth surprises the acidity, fresh, intense with fine bubble that leaves a sensation of effervescence in the mouth. In aftertaste it is intense and persistent, returning the aromas of nose enhancing the ripe pineapple.
