In our winery we work on the quality and processes of winemaking in order to always be present in the minds of our consumers. This effort has been recognized on numerous occasions and we have managed to obtain numerous award-winning wines.
This 2020, as we all know, has been a rather peculiar year and with many difficulties. The ways of consuming have changed in all the markets of the world, even in ours, since wine has managed to enter our homes more than ever, to be able to enjoy it at home rather than in a restaurant. But we have to be very grateful. This last year, we have had a great recognition of our winery and our work and that is that we have had numerous wines awarded by different international competitions.
There have been numerous competitions of great international recognition that have given us different awards for our wines. These competitions, in general, carry out blind tastings of wines from different places and it is a jury that, based on different criteria, awards the prizes always with the aim of recognizing the quality of the wines and promoting their consumption.
Our wines awarded with different medals, from our Vega Tolosa winery in this last year 2020 have been the following:
It is a unique wine in Spain in which our Bobal grape remains the protagonist; giving personality, elegance and uniqueness to our wines, which makes year after year surprise the jury. This award-winning wine has an intense garnet color, with aromas of blackberries, toffee and black pepper, leaving a great flavor on the palate. These are the international awards for our wine Finca Los Halcones:
‘Author’ wine with organic and vegan certification, it is made with the highest technology so as not to lose the quality of the grapes, it is a wine raised in French oak barrels. This wine has a clean and bright appearance with a peckish red color and purple trims, which leaves us aromas of ripe red fruit, toffe, torrefactos and coffee. Four cats It also has numerous international recognitions:
It is a wine made with the selection of the best Bobal grapes and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, which gives rise to a different wine, harmonious and with personality. It has an intense ruby color, whose flavor leaves us memories of plum and cherry, with notes of spicy herbs and minerals. In the mouth it can have a mild acidity and a taste of bitter cherry jam, plum and blackcurrant. This wine has been awarded with the following medals:
It is a wine made with the best Bobal grapes from our vineyards. It has a pale and crystalline pink color; with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and violets. For the palate it turns out to be seductive, elegant and sweet. The prizes received for Capricho DiVino Rosé are:
It is the last of our award-winning wines. It is a white wine of great intensity and with a unique character. It is characterized by a straw yellow color, greenish trim, with notes of citrus, white flowers and tropical fruit. It has a creamy taste, fresh and pleasant acid.
