Wine is one of the pillars of the Mediterranean diet, recognised for its balance and benefits. Along with olive oil, vegetables or cereals, wine has been part of a way of life for centuries where the important thing is not how much you consume, but how you do it.

A glass of wine is not just a drink:
It's a pause, a conversation, a way to slow down.

And that's health, too.

What does wine have that can be beneficial?

Wine contains natural compounds present in grapes, especially in their skin, such as polyphenols (resveratrol, flavonoides …).
