
Vega Tolosa has been part of the Manchuela PDO since its foundation more than 20 years ago, both the winery and its 250 hectares of certified organic vineyard.
Its location is privileged to grow quality grapes; 750 metres above sea level; deep soils: limestone, calcareous and sandy; continental climate influenced by the Mediterranean climate given its proximity; and its native variety par excellence the Bobal.
In Vega Tolosa 80 hectares of old bobal vineyard are cultivated, these vineyards require a lot of care and expert hands in their cultivation, little production but of a lot of quality that will be reflected in their wines. “Bobal Icon” and “Finca los Halcones”
The latest innovation has been the production of a sparkling wine, Brut Nature Traditional Method, ‘Vega Tolosa 2018’ with 36 months of ageing and ‘Capricho DiVino 2019’ with 18 months.
