VINEYARDS:
We select the freshest and most vigorous plots to guarantee a grape with good acidity, fundamental basis for these wines to be refreshing and not cloying.
VARIETIES:
Pink is born from our best Bobal, taking advantage of its aromas of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry).
The white is made with Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo, looking for tropical and citrus notes.
DEVELOPMENT:
They are partially fermented musts. We stop fermentation by intense cold before all sugar is transformed into alcohol. In this way, we conserve the natural sugar of the grape itself and the carbonic gas (the bubble) that is released in the process.
The result is a sparkling wine, very cold and full of fresh fruit flavor.
