The next 15 November 2022 the first edition of the Salon will be held in Albacete ‘Bodegas Singulares & Wines by Autor» It will bring together in one place almost 40 wineries producing the main Spanish regions of the Spanish east.

Vega Tolosa Family Payments We are the third generation of a surname “Tolosa’, together with the countryside, which with more than 30 years of work has cultivated our vineyards in order to produce the best wines, organic, vegan, covered by the Manchuela PDO and thus be able to market them throughout the world. Building a future project for the new generations to join the rural world, viticulture, oenology, in general to the world of wine. And always looking for meaning to the value of things, to work well done and respect for Nature.

Our winery is located in Casas Ibáñez (Albacete), has old Bobal's organic vineyards, cultivated in the transition zone to the Cabriel Valley, declared by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve.

Professionals who produce wines in which indigenous varieties and organic farming predominate, giving visibility to wines as extraordinary as those aged in mud, concrete or even granite jars, and also in the best oak barrels as a differential element in the maturation of wines.

Wineries that represent values such as respect and identification with their origin, sustainability, wealth in the rural environment, which champion human value in production processes and of course a proven quality in the wines they make.

As a novelty, the salon involves bringing to professionals the concept of “reverse wine tourism”, that is, it is the wineries that go to the cities where the professionals are located and not the other way around, thus facilitating them the power to centralize, without large displacements, their business decisions.

The winery has transformed and modernized the different stages of winemaking in recent years, pampering the product to achieve its highest quality, preserving the old Bobal vineyards and their cultivation methods, to create a quality organic wine.

The main axis of Vega Tolosa is the vineyard, with 200 ha., cultivated under the parameters of the certified organic farming. 

Bobal vineyards planted more than 80 years ago, together with the old Maccabees; have seen how new varieties were incorporated into the holding: chardonnay, sauvignon-blanc, viognier and often grain muscatel, as white varieties. Tempranillo, syrah, cabernet-sauvignon, merlot and garnacha tintorera, in inks.
