Vega Tolosa in the Salon of the best wines of Spain

We are happy to announce that Vega Tolosa Family Payments has been selected to participate in the XXI Salon of the Best Wines of Spain which will take place at the facilities of IFEMA (Madrid) the next few days 22-23 November. You will find us during the days of celebration of the event in our Table 221. We are waiting for you!

Wines

The organization of the event continues to bet on its maximum seal of quality where only wines with 90 or more points within the prestigious Peñín guide. A scale that has reconfirmed our representatives in the last event in the Vip Room of Madrid Fusion 2021:

• Finca Los Halcones Viognier 2019: wine D.O 100% La Manchuela characterized by its lemon yellow color with golden and dense reflections. Memories of stone fruit (apricot, plum, ripe peach), well-integrated wood, subtle memory of fine lees stand out in the nose. Thanks to the careful and professional aging in French oak fudre for 3 months. A white wine with good acidity, fresh and with the character that delights us so much.

• Aging 2017 Bobal Viñas Viejas: Limited Edition Made 100% with Bobal grape from old vines. A wine characterized by its red cherry with live grain trim. On the nose there is black fruit that melts with licorice, balsamic and vanilla. Aging for 24 months in French oak barrels makes it a fleshy and fresh red wine with our highest seal of quality.

These two wines were  selected by the Association of Manchego Sommeliers (ASUMAN) to represent the province of Albacete in the Vip room of Madrid Fusion 2021, where the Castellano-Manchega gastronomy reigned by the best professionals of the region in the most influential gastronomic congress in the world. The Salon of the best wines in Spain

A reference event within the sector between producers and professionals where the most select wines of Spanish gastronomy will appear. Around 400 national wineries will be announced throughout the different oenological events where we will have tastings, seminars and all kinds of activities. The main objective will be to give know and promote the wine product; one of the sectors most affected by the effects of the health crisis suffered.  In addition to reactivate trade relations not only at the international level but also at the national level where it has become one of the priorities for all those involved with this art that we love.

Finca los Halcones Viognier 2019 and Crianza 2017 Bobal Viñas Viejas: two organic wines, vegan and promoters of the D.O La Manchuela. Illustrious choices that perfectly represent our unique personality, the legacy behind four generations dedicated to the world of wine.
