DESCRIPTION

Seeking to offer a different, harmonious  wine with personality which expresses the  uniqueness of our over 80-year-old vineyards, the microclimate and the  privileged location of the vineyards. Wine made from the best selection of grapes from our Bobal vineyard. A vineyard inherited  from our grandparents which they themselves planted. 

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale Straw colour, grey  reflections. Clean and bright. The mouth is fresh and clean, with a balanced acidity. An unctuous long wine.

VINEYARD

Own organic and vegan vineyards located at 780 metres above sea level between the Júcar and Cabriel Valleys. Planted in the transition zone to the Biosphere Reserve, declared as such by UNESCO.
