VINEYARDS:
These grapes come from the winery's founding vineyards. Deep and selected soils where the maturation is slow and perfect, allowing to obtain base wines of great acidity for our sparkling and red wines with the capacity to age for decades.
VARIETIES:
The elegance of Chardonnay for our sparkling wines and the nobility of Tempranillo and Bobal for our Breedings and Reserves.
DEVELOPMENT:
In sparkling wines, we follow the rigorous Traditional Method (Champenoise): second fermentation in bottle and a rhyme aging that exceeds 36 months in our Gran Reserva.
For the reds, we use French and American oak barrels where the wine rests in the silence of our barrel room until it reaches its fullness and roundness.
