It is the crown jewel of the Toulouse family and our answer to the challenge of bringing Bobal grapes to the world elite.

VINEYARDS:
The grapes come exclusively from three selected plots with vines over 80 years old planted in a glass.
They are old rainfed vines with very low yields, which guarantees an exceptional concentration of flavor and minerality in each grain.
VARIETIES:
100% Bobal.
The queen variety of La Manchuela shown in its noblest and longest version.
DEVELOPMENT:
A thorough winemaking. Malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out in French Oak Foudres (large-capacity wooden tanks) and sometimes concrete eggs.
We run away from the excessive taste of toasted wood; We use foudre to polish the tannin and allow the wine to breathe, obtaining a silky red, long and with a great storage capacity.
