A classic and robust assembly (coupage) where Tempranillo, the most famous grape in Spain, sometimes accompanied by touches of Bobal to give it local identity (according to the vintage).
DEVELOPMENT:
We carry out a controlled fermentation seeking to extract a lot of color and aromas of fruits from the forest, but taking care that the tannins are soft and friendly.
