The Albilla de Manchuela grape grew many years ago camouflaged among the centenary bobal vineyards to give that softness to red wines, as it was done in the past. It is a white, minority and native variety of our area.
From the vines with more than 100 years, we multiplied their buds in a nursery and we were able to carry out a new planting and, with it, obtain a vineyard of Albilla 100%.
Exceptional care in the vineyard to obtain a special wine with a manual harvest. After a selection of the grapes, the fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in new 500 liter French oak barrels for 4 months. In the end, it is transferred to a 2500 liter French oak fudre for 6 months, performing batonage on its fine lees.
