The site of these vineyards has been dubbed ‘Finca Los Halcones’, a unique place surrounded by pines, oaks and aromatic plants, nestled in the Cabriel Valley declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. On this plot there are planted 12 hectares of Sauvignon-Blanc from which we selected 3 hectares to make Finca Los Halcones. This selection is due to the fact that there is a large unevenness in the soil and the strains are aligned towards the south. These two factors are going to be fundamental to obtain the highest quality in the grapes. As the ground is uneven, the soil is more limestone and less fertile, the result will be less production. Regarding the orientation of the yarns of the vineyard will depend on the hours of sunshine, the way we describe will cause the clusters to be sunnier, preventing fungal diseases and perfect maturation.
The result is a quality wine with author's seal.
