Named ‘Vega Tolosa’, for the five generations that our Tolosa family has spent in their lives growing vines and making wine. An honor for our ancestors to create this sparkling wine where the quality of the grape, work and time; that Nature will know how to combine to create this unique Brut.
Vega Tolosa Brut Nature is a sparkling wine that has waited 18 years for the Chardonnay vineyard to develop to achieve a root and foliar system, sufficient to produce quality grapes.
Likewise, in the Winery, during the last 5 years we have been carrying out different tests and studying the results to achieve the highest quality.
The result is a quality sparkling wine with author's seal.
