The appointment was from April 1 to 3 at the V Centenario hotel and the idea of the organizers is that, to the professional tastings, the presence of the public can be authorized, under registration, to know closely how this activity is carried out.
Thus, the organization of this event has once again chosen Cáceres to bring together wines and oils from several countries, as it did last year, to present its best products in a world of smells and flavors that will coexist in a city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The president of Cinve 2019, Jesús Manuel Guirau, has indicated that more than 50 people from 25 countries will gather at the event. There will be samples from countries such as Germany, Algeria, Argentina, Canada, France, Japan, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Tunisia, the United States or Venezuela, among others.
‘Cáceres will be the meeting point of gastronomic excellence’, Guirau said in the presentation of Cinve that took place last Wednesday at the City Council of Caceres together with the mayor of the city, Elena Nevado.
Nevado stressed that this new event is a great international event that places the city in the "gastronomic excellence" and in a good tourist destination associated with wine.
As for the Cinve as in other editions, Gold Medal and Silver Medal diplomas will be awarded. This competition promotes the participation of all bottled and labelled wines, both national and international, provided that the products and their labelling comply with the regulations of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and the European Union (EU).
