It is the first time that a white wine has been made in Vega Tolosa with the bobal red variety, a project studied for several years and, finally, this year has seen the light.
The grapes were harvested with an early maturation to achieve low alcoholic strength, harvest by hand and in boxes to obtain a lower maceration and obtain a perfect state of the berry.
