For 6 years now, a French company has been coming to our vineyards to collect the leaves of the centuries-old bobal vines.
They select exclusively those of bobal, since they are the only ones of red color, tonality conferred by resveratrol, a natural antioxidant they contain.
Resveratrol is highly appreciated within pharmacology for its multiple health benefits and can be found in anti-aging products. As we have said, it is an antioxidant that we can find in the vine of red and purple grapes and therefore in red wines.
