The decision to plant this variety is due to our unique terroir and the need to look for later ripening white grape varieties with powerful acidity. Fermentation and aging for 3 months in new barrels of 500 liters of French oak, with a subsequent aging for 9 months in a foudre of 2500 liters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NOTE<\/b> <b>DE<\/b> <b>CATA<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HAVING REGARD TO: Color golden yellow, clean and bright.<\/li>\n<li>NARIZ: High intensity, highlights the stone fruit and white flowers.<\/li>\n<li>MOUTH: Balanced, unctuous and with great volume.
