In VEGA TOLOSA FAMILY PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/a> We have prepared a few days of guided tours, commented tastings and gastronomic pairings in our facilities; aimed at professional Albacete hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these days we will try to make known a very wide view of our region of the Manchuela<\/strong><\/a> through our vineyards, winery and wines; transmitting tourism business opportunities that will be generated by the constitution of The Wine Route of La Manchuela<\/strong>, where Casas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/a> is the most important urban nucleus of this region, with a great initiative in the services and catering sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability is the basis of our work contributing to the conservation of the Planet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

–In the<\/strong> Vineyards<\/strong><\/a>: All in organic production, with absence of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, systemic fungicides and insecticides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our bobal of old vineyards as a native variety of Manchuela and other foreign varieties, make up the 250 Ha. that are grown on property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–In the Winery<\/strong><\/a> there are several investments executed to comply with this sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation of solar panels for electrical self-consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ozonate the cleaning water to achieve bacteriological disinfection without having to use chemicals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation of a food nitrogen generator to inertize the storage containers, to use the added sulphites as little as possible, improving the conservation of the wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Our wines<\/a>.<\/strong> All welcomed to D.O.P. Manchuela<\/a> with organic certification, quality wines and author's seal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–Tasting room<\/strong><\/a> functional, suitable for commented wine tasting, presentations, conventions and tasting of regional cuisine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

February 4th: visit of the students of\u00a0Hospitality and Tourism of the Labor University of Albacete<\/a>, accompanied by Professors D. Jes\u00fas Melero and D. Moises Guti\u00e9rrez.\u00a0\u00a0They learned the perception of a wine through Vega Tolosa, a family winery with four generations of experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
