Made with the Bobal ink variety, native to the Manchuela Designation of Origin, Capricho DiVino has become the sparkling pink toast for a special Christmas. This bobal was born for the family consumption of Vega Tolosa but the success among the family was such that with the passage of the vintages it has become one of the most recognized pink sparkling wines of this Albacete area. <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vega Tolosa is a family winery that already runs the 5th generation<\/b> and its touch of youth is noticeable in the new elaborations. And of Roc\u00edo and Mariluz Tolosa<\/b>, the idea was born to market the sparkling pink Bobal that they made to celebrate the Christmas holidays as a family and toast to the new year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capricho DiVino,<\/b> a very Christmas name, is made with the Bobal native variety<\/b> from the vineyards that the family has in the DO Manchuela, around Casas Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, the village where the winery is located. Of the almost 90 hectares that the winery has of this variety, the plots of the El Horcajuelo site - a 40-year-old vineyard cultivated in a glass - have been selected to make this sparkling Brut Nature.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capricho DiVino Bobal Brut Nature 2022 <\/b><\/span><\/span>has been elaborated following the traditional method <\/span><\/span>champenoise<\/i><\/span><\/span> with a<\/span><\/span> 14 months of ageing in the bottle. <\/b><\/span><\/span>Comes to market with the <\/span><\/span>Organic Seal<\/b><\/span><\/span>, like all wines in the winery, and also with the label of <\/span><\/span>vegan<\/b><\/span><\/span>. This Bobal Brut Nature is a sparkling sparkling, fresh entry and ideal for <\/span><\/span>share with the different Christmas dishes from the appetizers,<\/b><\/span><\/span> for <\/span><\/span>seafood or fish and is also a great companion to enjoy with dessert cheeses.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vega Tolosa owns more than <\/span><\/span>300 hectares of vineyards in the Protected Designation of Origin Manchuela<\/b><\/span><\/span>, of which 30% of the total of dedicated to the variety ink, Bobal. The family is lucky to have the oldest vineyards of the denomination, some may exceed the <\/span><\/span>110 years<\/b><\/span><\/span> even if the vineyard register confirms 80 years.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They produce the red wines Los Halcones and Bobal Icon, and the whites Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. The winery has been recovering old vineyards of Albillo and Tardana for wines that will come out soon.
