In this sense, the Secretary General of Ecovalia, Diego Granado, stressed that \"the organic wine sector continues to demonstrate, despite Covid-19, that it is a sector with a future and growing. The samples that have been presented are of high quality, proof that good organic wines are made in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this edition, as a novelty, technological innovation has come to Ecoracimo with the use of a new evaluation tool to process the results of the tasters.
