From **7 to 17 September**, the booth of **Vega Tolosa** will be filled with friends, fairgroundgoers and **winelovers** who will enjoy the good atmosphere that the Tolosa family creates around their wines and their gastronomy. **Vega Tolosa**, one more year, participates in the **Feria de Albacete** to celebrate unique days around its wines. Its space, located in front of the famous **Templete**, will cheer visitors with a selection of **white, rosé, red and sparkling wines**, perfect to accompany the best gastronomy. During the ten days of the Fair, **Vega Tolosa** will offer: - Its white wines of the brand **Capricho Divino**. - The wines on the label **BOBALICÓN**, made from the variety **BOBAL** (in their white, rosé and red versions). - The sparkling **Vega Tolosa Brut Nature**. These wines will be paired with outstanding dishes, among which stand out: - The **famous croqueta** of the restaurant **Cañitas Maite**, awarded as the **Best Croqueta** in **Madrid Fusion 2021**. - **Iberian ham**, Huelva shrimp and restaurant sushi **Keiji by Joel**. - The essential **Manchego cheese** of the brand **Julián Oliva**. In addition, the winery will give away a bottle of one of its wines to the first **50** attendees who enjoy a dinner at their stand. **Vega Tolosa** owns more than **300 hectares of vineyards** in the **Protected Designation of Origin Manchuela**, of which **12 hectares** are intended for the white variety **Sauvignon Blanc** and a **30 %** to the red variety **Bobal**. The family also has the oldest **vineyards of the denomination**, some older than **110 years**, although the official record confirms 80 years. **Information Notes:** Vega Tolosa is located in **Casas Ibáñez (Albacete)**. They are **five generations of winegrowers** who continue their work for the love of their land. They produce the red wines **Los Halcones** and **Bobal Icon**, as well as the white wines **Chardonnay**, **Viognier** and **Sauvignon Blanc**. The winery has recovered old vineyards of **Albillo** and **Tardana** for wines that will come out soon. Since **2018**, they also produce sparkling wines following the traditional method, with the varieties **Chardonnay** and **Bobal**.
