Vega Tolosa Brut Nature is a ‘blanc de blancs’ 100% Chardonnay, made using the traditional method or champenoise, aged in rhyme at or above 36 months.  **Tasting note** View: Yellow straw with golden reflections and small bubble. In nose surprises its aromatic intensity with memories of tropical fruit (ripe pineapple), pastries, caramelization, nuts and subtle memory of fine lees. In the mouth surprises the acidity, fresh, intense with fine bubble that leaves a sensation of effervescence in the mouth.
