These old vines produce wines of unique significance, incomparably rich in taste, symbolism and heritage. Each strain is a whimsical work of art, wanting to convey that time does matter when we want something unique. Slowly for almost eighty years they have been adapting to climate change, without modifying its quality. An ageing in French oak and another long period of time in the bottle, will create a harmonious wine, with personality and author's seal.   **NOTE** **DE** **CATA** - VIEW: Clean, garnet color with very deep high layer. - NARIZ: Aromas of black fruit highlighting the blackberry, spicy touches of black pepper and licorice. - MOUTH: Balanced, fleshy, round and very persistent with a long finish.
