The result is a quality sparkling wine with author's seal.   **CATA NOTE** - VIEW: Clean and bright, golden color with light greenish tones. Very fine and elegant bubble rosary. - NARIZ: Aroma to bakery. Memories of green apple. - BOCA: Perfect taste balance, very fruity in the mouth. Very soft bubble.
