The grapes were harvested with an early maturation to achieve low alcoholic strength, harvest by hand and in boxes to obtain a lower maceration and obtain a perfect state of the berry.   **NOTE** **DE** **CATA** - VIEW: Pale straw with gray reflections, clean and bright. - NARIZ: It emphasizes its freshness in the mouth, is clean and gives aromas of ripe fruit with mineral touches. - BOCA: Balanced, with a long finish, refreshing due to the acidity and medium intensity with a persistent finish in the mouth.
