In Vega Tolosa we open the doors of our production and breeding area to tell you the "why" of everything. Our visitors agree on something: **here you can breathe passion**. In the visit, made personally by the Tolosa family, we explain without boring technicalities how we take care of Bobal, why we bet on the ecological and how the tradition of five generations coexists with current technology. WELCOME IN BODEGA** Reception and brief introduction to the history of the Tolosa family and the D.O. Manchuela in our facilities. **2. MANUFACTURING AREA** We will walk through the bowels of the winery. You will see where we receive the grape, the deposits where the wine ferments and you will understand the miracle of the transformation of the must. **3. SALA DE BARRICAS Y DURMIENTES** We will descend to the silence of the aging room and the cave where our wines rest in oak barrels and our sparkling bottles in rhyme. Time stops here. **4. CATA COMMENTADA Y MARIDAJE** We will finish in our tasting room tasting our wines accompanied by homemade sausages, Manchego cheese and EVOO of our own making.
